We accept returns of unworn or defective items for full refund within 10 business days of receiving the parcel. To return an item please contact us by e–mail at email@example.com. Make sure you include your name, address and order number.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and promptly refund as you instruct. Please ensure you send the unwanted items through a Registered service as we are not liable for lost packages. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We accept payments through Credit Card or PayPal service.
PayPal allows you to pay with your credit / debit card, or through your own PayPal account.
You don’t have to be registered with PayPal to make a payment.
Any custom fees and / or taxes associated with a purchase are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days.
All orders are shipped from Lisbon through the National Postal Service (CTT) and are issued a tracking number. Please consult the delivery informations for the expected transit time. Delivery times may vary according to your location and time of the year.
IMPORTANT – Please note that you have to provide an address where the package can be delivered during working hours on business days. Since it is a package it will not be left on the mailbox, it has to be hand-delivered. If a package is returned because the buyer did not claim it, we do not send replacements.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery since we have no control over this. We are also no responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and we have no way of knowing what these charges may be.
